Why IU: I loved the people at IU! My conversations with all of the residents on interview day were fun and easy, and I could tell how much everyone loved IU and their co-residents. It was also really important to me to have an equally balanced program, with a stand-alone children’s hospital + a wide variety of clinical sites and patient populations. The large Med Peds presence & program is also a big plus (no one asks “What is Med-Peds?”) — and having 13 built-in BFF's is making the transition to residency much better!
