Wendy is interested in community-centered care, LGBTQIA care, and health disparities & inequities. During her gap year, she worked at the MacLean Center for Clinical Medical Ethics in Chicago. In medical school, she completed research on health literacy and food insecurity at John H. Stroger Hospital of Cook County.
