Why I chose a career in CT surgery: I enjoy taking care of challenging complicated patients, CT surgery is also incredibly exciting with rapid innovation and new robotic and minimally invasive surgeries being developed regularly.
Why I chose IU School of Medicine: Well-balanced program that exposes all fellows to a wide variety of cardiothoracic surgery experiences, also have great mentorship and leaders.
Professional/ Research Interests: Adult cardiac surgery. Thoracic Oncology, surgical coaching and performance optimization. Value-based care. Optimizing high-performance teams
Personal Interests: Kayaking, Hiking, travelling.
