Bio

I am from Durham, North Carolina. I completed my undergraduate education at Elon University in North Carolina and spent the following 7 years in Florida completing medical school and residency training. Indiana University is an excellent institution to train for gastroenterology. IU serves a large catchment area and as a GI fellow I have exposure to diverse disorders and diseases. Indianapolis has many opportunities that I have been able to enjoy. While not working you’ll find me camping with my husband at Brown County State Park or hiking in Eagle Creek, only a short 15 minute drive from downtown. I am also a vegetarian and have found so many places to eat close by. Every month there seems to be a new place to check out.
