Umber Shafique, MD, CIIP, DABR is an American board-certified neuroradiologist and has been an assistant professor in the Department of Radiology and Imaging Sciences since 2022. Dr. Shafique completed medical school at Quaid-i-Azam University, Pakistan, a diagnostic residency at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, a fellowship in neuroradiology at Yale University School of Medicine and fellowship in advanced neuroradiology at IU School of Medicine. Dr. Shafique’s interests are imaging informatics research in FET/MR/Dual energy CT in high grade brain neoplasm, and teaching neuro residents and fellows.
