Dr. Harding was born and raised around Tampa, FL and attended Florida State University for his undergraduate education. Prior to medical school, he spent several years in physical education and obtaining a graduate degree from the University of South Florida. He attended medical school at Indiana University. He is passionate about legislative advocacy, health equity, diversity in medicine and healthcare access for underserved communities.
