Why IU:  A big program means big opportunities and, more importantly, a big Med-Peds family! IU offered everything that I was looking for in a program- it's a residency at a public university where we rotate at multiple hospitals, including a large children's hospital, to serve diverse, vulnerable patient populations from across the state. My co-interns and the other residents are also unbelievably fun to work and hang out with. There's always a group activity happening to join in on to maintain a healthy social life during residency. I am excited for the next 4 years!
