Making strides

The DEIJ Faculty Recruitment and Engagement subcommittee regularly presents to and communicates with department leadership about its outreach plans and goals for a more equitable faculty representation. Each year, the subcommittee also participates in discussions with school organizations, like the Office of Equal Opportunity and the Student and Success Committee.
