The Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology is involved in teaching pharmacology in eight of the thirteen Phase 1 courses in the IU School of Medicine MD curriculum. Third- and fourth-year medical students at IU School of Medicine can take electives offered by the Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology.
