I attended medical school at the University of Jordan and completed my Case Western Reserve University residency. The field of Hematology/Oncology is fascinating and requires an understanding of basic science. During residency, I was involved in research in thrombosis and coagulation disorders. I want to focus on benign and malignant hematology in my fellowship, particularly thrombosis in cancer patients.
