Bio
Arthur graduated from medical school at Baylor College of Medicine and completed residency in Emergency Medicine at UT Health San Antonino. He has done volunteer work with high school students on trauma prevention and completed database research with the TOXIC database. He is an avid swimmer, having captained a championship DIII college swim team. His other interests include cooking, tinkering with computers, and pickup ultimate.
