Rita Saroufim, MD

Dr. Saroufim is originally from Lebanon. She graduated from medical school and completed her pediatric residency at the American University of Beirut. She found her passion for endocrinology during her clinical rotations. She was driven by the approach to the care of endocrine patients and was enthralled by the challenges and complexities of endocrine diseases. She has been involved in research in endocrinology since her residency, particularly in precocious puberty. She has a dream of making a positive change in medicine and reflecting this back to her community. In her free time, she enjoys playing sports, dancing, and spending precious time with family.
