Jay J. Jin, MD, PhD

Bio

Dr. Jin is an Allergist and Immunologist at Indiana University School of Medicine. He is a graduate of Pennsylvania State College of Medicine. Dr. Jin completed his Internal Medicine residency and Allergy and Immunology fellowship at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. Dr. Jin holds membership in numerous national professional societies including the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology, the American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology, and the Clinical Immunology Society. His Research focuses on food allergy, drug allergies, allergic rhinitis, and immunodeficiency disorders.

Research

My research interests include clinical trials for food allergy, improvement in antibiotic allergy evaluation, and understanding mechanisms of allergic diseases and immunodeficiency conditions.

Clinical Interests

My clinical interests include the proper evaluation and treatment of allergic conditions, such as food allergy, drug allergy, urticaria (hives) as well as the identification and treatment of immunodeficiency conditions.
