Bio
Nomi Sherwin, M.D. completed both her undergraduate degree and medical school at the University of Central Florida in Orlando (go Knights!). She completed her pediatric residency at Indiana University and spent a year in DC at the start of her adolescent medicine fellowship. She is thrilled to be back in Indianapolis to complete her training. She has a strong interest in Global Health having worked as a medic in Israel prior to medical school and completing her research in the role of peer mentorship in keeping teens in HIV care in Kenya. Her scholarly and clinical interests include ethics, the influence of culture on teenage identity, medical education, and the intersection between adolescent and acute care medicine.
