Bio

Dr. Ahmed Alomari is an Associate Professor of Clinical Pathology, Laboratory Medicine and Dermatology at the Indiana University School of Medicine. He is also the Director of the Dermatpathology Fellowship Program and the co-director of Medical Students Pathology elective courses. He is Board-Certified in dermatopathology, anatomic pathology and clinical pathology. Dr. Alomari attended medical school at the Jordan University of Science and Technology. He finished his residency from the Yale University School of Medicine and fellowship from the University of Michigan Medical Center.

Dr. Alomari is a recipient of the Gold Humanism Honor Society award for humanistic care. He is the former presidentt of the Indiana Association of Pathologists and the medical director of the American Society of Dermatopathology laboratory proficiency testing program. He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Pathology and a member of the College of American Pathologists, the United States and Canadian Academy of Pathologists, the American Society of Dermatopathology and the International Society of Dermatopathology.
