Bio

From Michigan, educated at Howard University, Michigan State University College of Human Medicine, and the Indiana University-Methodist Family Medicine Residency, Dr. Tanya Wilson is a Family Medicine Physician with a passion for caring for patients throughout their lifetimes and is committed to treating them on a personal level. Her clinical interests include Women’s Health, Geriatrics, Underserved Populations, and Preventative Medicine. Furthermore, she is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and is an active member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Indiana Academy of Family Physicians, and the Society of Teachers of Family Medicine participating in conferences, academic presentations, and a variety of events throughout each year.

            Dr. Wilson enjoys cooking and traveling in her free time, and the world offers plenty of opportunity for both. She serves as Assistant Residency Director of Geriatrics and an Assistant Professor of Clinical Family Medicine at the Indiana University-Methodist Family Medicine Residency.
