Bio

Dr. Roch currently serves as Assistant Professor of Surgery for the Division of Surgical Oncology. After receiving her medical degree from France, Dr. Roch joined the General Surgery Residency Program at Indiana University School of Medicine. After finishing her General Surgery residency, she joined the Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Fellowship Program at Indiana University.

Her clinical focus is in pancreatic, biliary and liver surgery and includes pancreatic cancer, pancreatic cysts, pancreatitis, complex biliary pathology, liver cancer, and liver cysts.

Dr.Roch’s research focus is in pancreatic cancer screening, early detection, and surveillance. She served as principal author to more than 46 peer reviewed publications.

Dr. Roch is a member of the International Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Association (IHPBA), Americas Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Association (AHPBA), the Society for Surgery of the Alimentary Tract (SSAT) and the American College of Surgeons. She currently serves as part of the IHPBA Membership and Chapter Development Committee. She is also a member of the leadership council for the IHPBA Early Career Group.

Dr. Roch serves as ad hoc reviewer for Journal of Surgical Oncology, Pancreas, Annals of Surgical Oncology, British Journal of Surgery, Surgical Endoscopy, and Annals of Surgery.

Dr. Roch is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society.
