Bio

Abideen Yekinni, MD, FACS, joined Indiana University School of Medicine faculty in 1998. Certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology, Dr. Yekinni specializes in treating adult and pediatric otolaryngology, otology, sleep apnea and snoring, voice and sinus disorders.

Dr. Yekinni earned his medical degree with honors from IU School of Medicine. He was a recipient for the Vernon C. Hazel Kidney Fellowship and the American Gastroenterological Society Research Award. He is a member of the American College of Surgeons; the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery; the American Academy of Otolaryngological Allergy Society; and the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honors society.

Hobbies include music, travel and outdoor sports—especially soccer and running.
