Dear Third-Year Medical Students:

The cost of registering for Step 2 CK ($610) and CS ($1,285) for the exam and $500 for travel and accommodations) is included in the 2018-2019 academic year cost of attendance (COA). Please make sure to budget appropriately for these costs in your fall and spring semester financial aid disbursements.

Fall 2018 Class of 2020 Step 2 fee summary

Although the cost for the Step 2 exam is embedded over the two semesters equally under Books in your Cost of Attendance, if needed, we can advance spring funds to cover the registration cost since it may occur in November or December. Remember, the earlier you register, the better off you will be in selecting where you do your CS portion of the exam.
