A search to identify an Executive Associate Dean for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and Chief Diversity Officer is launching soon. All IU School of Medicine faculty, staff and learners are invited to attend virtual school-wide open forums hosted by the recruitment team. Registration is open for any of the following dates:
1. Wednesday, April 27, 12:15—1:00 pm
2. Friday, April 29, 1:15—2:00 pm
3. Monday, May 2, 12:15—1:00 pm
These forums are an essential part of the search as they provide an opportunity for IU School of Medicine community members to learn about the search process, ask questions and provide input on priorities for the search and visions for the future of the school. This feedback will also provide the new Executive Associate Dean and Chief Diversity Officer with valuable input from the entire school.
Please note that responses will be anonymous, and themes will be reported in the aggregate; no individual will be identifiable.
The search committee recognizes that some may be unable to attend or feel uncomfortable sharing in public settings. Therefore, an anonymous online survey is available for those that desire an opportunity to contribute outside of the forums.
